Floatation therapy is a practice that takes time to master, it may take a few tries to fully understand and appreciate the benefits. The first float is usually a time to get comfortable with the experience, while the second float you know how it works and it’s easier to relax. By the third float, most guests have found the sweet spot where they truly understand how to get the most out of their session.

Thank you for choosing Stasis Float Center for your floatation therapy and halo therapy needs. We look forward to serving you with exceptional care and service.
Booking and Service Credits:
• When you make a reservation, a service credit will be added to your account profile, representing the value of your booking.
• This service credit will be automatically redeemed on the day of your appointment after being checked out by our staff upon arrival.
Membership and Package Policies:
• Our memberships are non-committal, and you can deactivate your membership at any time. However, any accrued service credits associated with a membership will expire after 30 days from the date of deactivation.
• Salt session specific packages are intended for full usage on the day of booking. Any unused credits associated with these packages will expire within 24 hours of the first use of the package.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
• We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations within 24 hours can result in forfeiture of the service credit associated with your booking. In cases of cancellation due to medical emergencies, we require a doctor’s note to consider exemption from service credit forfeiture and retain your service credits.
• No-Call No-Shows will result in the forfeiture of the service credit associated with your booking.
• Our capacity is limited and as a small business this policy gives us a chance to fill the space a guest vacates when they cancel. Adhering to this timeframe is essential to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Expiration and Cash Value:
• Paid for gift certificates and service credits for primary services will remain valid for a minimum of nine years from the date of purchase, in accordance with New York State law.
• Please note that service credits and gift certificates for services have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, in compliance with New York State regulations.

• Donations of gift certificates will remain valid for at least two years from the date of issue.
• Promotional gift certificates and service credits will remain valid for a time set by the terms of the promotion.

• All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for service credits, memberships, or gift cards. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we encourage you to use your service credits at your convenience.
