The holidays are officially in full swing, and I’ll do my best not to overwhelm your inbox during this busy season. That said, I wanted to personally thank everyone who took advantage of our Black Friday / Cyber Monday special. A Salt Room Meditation Experience
Allison Graff is back in our Salt Room with Stasis Sound! This guided sound meditation experience is designed to help you still the fluctuations of the mind through soothing tones, breath, and awareness.
🗓️ Held the 2nd Friday of each month, this seasonal series will next be held on Friday, December 12th, and offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself through contemplative sound and mindfulness practices in the healing environment of our Salt Room.
Whether you're new to meditation or returning for a deeper layer of stillness, this class offers a moment of calm in the middle of your month.
